I’ve included a page where you can look up your “ideal weight” according to the Metropolitan Life Insurance Tables that were published in 1983. These tables are not perfect, of course, but I’ve included a page to them, because almost everyone (for good reason) wants to keep up with their weight. It is easy to measure — if you keep up with it, it provides pretty quick feedback to whether you are getting off course in your diet and exercise.
